The troubleshooting section of this User Guide contains answers for many situations. Please refer to it before contacting us for support. The User Guide on our web site may have newer information.
Support requests should include:
- A description of what steps you take to trigger the issue, the exact behavior that results, and any error messages.
- Please send a report from DigiTunnel Plumber (download this tool from the DigiTunnel web page).
- DigiTunnel 1.0 only: Copy the Connection Log text from Internet Connect (Windows menu). For authentication/login problems, selecting Verbose Logging in DigiTunnel preferences gives more detail.
